B.U.R.P
(Basic Universal Resource Packs) provide enough food and toiletries to live on for a week and are distributed to those in our community with extreme financial hardship)
Meals
Our cooking team cook meals each week and distribute to the most vulnerable members of our community
Library
We have a library with online ‘click and collect’ system for books, films, audio books, puzzles, games and children’s toys with a dedicated children’s section)
Market
An outdoor community market every Saturday with a ‘pay what you can afford’ fruit and veg stall
Friendship Cafe
A safe environment for our VIPs to socialise over some free tea and cake.
Internet Access
Bring your own laptop or handheld device and enjoy tutorials and super-fast fibre, a coffee and a catch-up.
Activities
A number of confidence building activities to encourage our VIPs to brave their engagement with social change empowering both mind and body, including basic cooking, drum circles, map reading and bush craft.
Film & Book Club
We have a cinema screen and projector for weekly matinees and evening shows and we have a weekly book club to discuss books we’ve enjoyed reading.
Community Farm
We plan to purchase land in the Pewsey Vale to grow food and distribute in our community
A Song For Pewsey
The PCCA band are writing and recording a song which will be released on local record label Lionheart Records to raise awareness and funds for our community.
Creative Workshops
We have a selection of workshops focused on encouraging creativity including photography, art & design, music and creative writing.
Back to Workshops
A number of workshops for professional CV writing, interview techniques, internet access, training and qualifications signposting for those who have been made redundant due to COVID and are ready to find new employment
Advocacy
PCCA have become a collective voice for social change and we aim to use that voice to empower individuals and groups who need a platform to be heard.
